The Weinheim-based technology company Freudenberg SE has chosen FUTURA® to control and manage its construction services procurement more efficiently. The decisive factors were the seamless interconnection of all parties involved in procurement and the deep SAP S/4 HANA integration of the cloud solution. FUTURA® will be initially introduced at the subsidiary Freudenberg Real Estate GmbH, which is responsible for all real estate matters related to Freudenberg SE worldwide.

Stadtwerke Jena has been using a FUTURA solution for its requests since 2014. Now, the service processing is also to be consistently transferred to an end-to-end digital and SAP-integrated process and replace the paper-based or manual activities.

The end of maintenance of the interface solution between the AVA tool and the SAP ERP system provided the impetus for Stadtwerke Ingolstadt to increase the efficiency in service purchasing.
