Only when the benefits of digitalization are exploited throughout the entire supply chain can an SAP Digital Core strategy be successful. For functions with direct supplier involvement, purchasing relies on a supplement to the S/4HANA Core. This can be achieved via FUTURA Network even without time-consuming onboarding.
Purchasers find new suppliers via the FUTURA Network and can send price requests or invite them to submit quotations. Suppliers use the free Supplier Portal to maintain their company data and acquire qualifications, calculate their offers, confirm the purchase order, and additionally report back their services – whether planned services via a one-time order, for example, or unplanned services via a call-off and contract.
