Track the status and activities of your suppliers throughout the RFQ process. Who has viewed the request for quotation, who is already preparing a quotation, or which supplier has already submitted one? Each step taken by your suppliers is displayed in the form of status reports.
Fulfill target scenarios
Not enough usable quotations submitted? You have made changes to the items? You have the option of redefining the supplier selection in both ongoing and closed requests for quotation. Based on possible price discrepancies, you can develop target scenarios for your purchasing strategy – even across different bidding rounds.
