Procuring internationally – FUTURA Smart Sourcing now in 8 languages
The latest addition to Futura Solutions' product portfolio, FUTURA Smart, is being rolled out globally by the customers. With the start of the new year, the SAP-integrated e-sourcing solution is available in 8 languages.
FUTURA Smart optimizes the handling of requests for material and lean services with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and is used by SAP-based purchasing teams worldwide.
"Documents and user interfaces that are available in the respective national language make communication and collaboration between purchasers and suppliers much easier," says Markus Koch, Head of Product Management. "This is an important requirement for our customers who use FUTURA Smart in foreign subsidiaries as well as in international markets."
Available languages
In addition to English, FUTURA Smart is now also available in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. Alongside the user interface, all the content of the online support center has also been translated with the help of AI. This makes it easy to add additional languages.
Internationalization
The first customers have been productive with FUTURA Smart since November 2023 and are using the application integrated into SAP via SSO to harmonize, simplify and accelerate their sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ and e-auctions) with S/4HANA. FUTURA Smart is a module of the FUTURA procurement platform and is operated in a GDPR-compliant data center in the EU..
