The results of the trend study conducted in mid-2018 entitled "Procurement of complex services – towards more digital process quality?" are now available. The aim of the survey was to survey the status quo on digitalization in service procurement in German companies and to analyze how these companies are tackling the challenges that arise in the procurement of complex services in particular.
