Quite simple: a predefined workflow gives purchasers access to the completed service specifications and they continue working based on the result of the consumer or planner, if necessary they can add documents and select bidders or suppliers.

Expanding the basis of providers and supplies proficiently

A larger supplier pool, more offers: thanks to the cloud-based FUTURA platform, even smaller suppliers can be interconnected and integrated easily and quickly online. In the case of tenders, they will be informed about the tender via e-mail and will automatically receive their FUTURA access data in order to process and calculate their offer online.

Simplifying awarding decisions – price comparison lists & auctions

At the end of the submission deadline, the purchaser receives an automated evaluation of the offers in the form of a price comparison list. He can start various tendering and negotiation rounds with the suppliers involved and ultimately make the awarding decision together with the consumer.
