DevOps Engineer (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • You are involved in the continuous development of our cloud-based solutions. Besides the integration of new technologies, the continuous development of automatisms is your primary task.

  • You take operational responsibility for your assigned area. The services entrusted to you are operated in an SLA-compliant format by means of a defined procedure with the help of our teams or partners. The continuous documentation and control of these procedures and their technical implementation is part of our job.

  • You constantly analyze the security needs of the services we operate and introduce necessary adjustments into the change process.

  • You are highly motivated to familiarize yourself with modern cloud-based IT technologies, to integrate them into our overall planning in a structured manner, and to vigorously participate in their implementation.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the DevOps environment. You can demonstrate sound knowledge through a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or you have acquired relevant skills through work experience and further training.

  • You are familiar with technologies for container-based environments, microservices and CI/CD pipeline and have sound knowledge in using adequate programs and scripts.

  • High code quality in terms of readability and maintainability is important to you and you use clean code principles and proven software architecture patterns to accomplish this.

  • You are well versed in source code management techniques, integration into workflow tools and linking with central knowledge bases.

  • You have a sound knowledge of IT basics such as network technologies, operating systems, web services and databases. The up-to-date handling of the current security guidelines and regulations comes naturally to you.
